Congressman Smith says pro-choice advocates ignored fetus treatment after Supreme Court decision in Dobbs

New Jersey Congressman Chris Smith says at a press conference an hour after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v Wade in its Dobbs decision that abortion advocates are going to extraordinary lengths to ignore, tribute allies and cover up the battered baby victim it aggressively fostering a culture of denial and disrespect, the question since Roe was decided in 1973 to be resolved was a difficult one of when life begins the Supreme Court sidestepped it in legalized abortion throughout pregnancy which Byron White at the time called in exercising raw judicial power.
