Senator Sasse critiques added elements to Hurricane Harvey relief bill

Nebraska Senator Ben Sasse says the specific duty of Congress as the nation faces natural disasters is to provide emergency funding relief for FEMA and other agencies, which the House had done in the Senate should do.
