Marvin Miller comments on the baseball strike

INT CU Major League Baseball Players Association representative Marvin Miller states that the strike started because the owners thought that the players would not give in and let the owners have the free agency compensation. Marvin Miller states, "It is our perception, that there was an attempt here to push the players back to see how far they can be pushed until breaking. And I think finally the decision was made on the other side that the players would not break."
