N. Korea celebrating Chongryon's 60th anniv.

Japanese wrestler-turned-lawmaker Antonio Inoki speaks at the North Korea celebrates the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, its de facto embassy in the absence of diplomatic relations between Tokyo and Pyongyang. The country has also been gearing up in preparation for the 70th anniversary of the Korean Peninsula's liberation from Japan's 1910-1945 colonization in August.
