Singer Judy Stone who has just come out of Hospital where she had a cancerous growth removed from her neck.Sydney singer Judy Stone is suffering from throat cancer - the same disease that has hit her former Bandstand colleague, Peter Allen.And the two entertainers received another blow on Friday, when a third Bandstand star, Laurel Lea, died of Leukemia.Judy Stone, 49, went into St. Vincent's Hospital last Tuesday to have a lump removed from her adenoids. In the waiting-room, she bumped into Peter Allen, 48, who was there to have a biopsy.Judy knew her lump was a malignant carcinoma but she prayed the surgeons would be able to remove all traces of the cancer, leaving her free to continue her career.On Thursday, the medical team at St. Vincent’s had bad news for Peter and Judy.
