An English language school, King's Education, which was based in the building flattened in the 6.3 magnitude tremor, released names of staff and students on its website, saying the list was compiled with the aid of witnesses and education authorities. Japan's foreign ministry said at least 27 of its citizens who had visited the school were missing -- 10 from the Toyama College of Foreign Languages, 12 from two study tour agencies and five independent students.
