This very strong coffee has a mix of Chicory and is brewed overnight to get the right flavour. Called Filter Coffee because the brew is filtered and the strong decoction is then mixed with sugar and milk and served in steel tumblers with a gentle froth. The taste is divine for the cannousiers.
