TIJUANA, MEXICO – NOVEMBER 21, 2018: In an orderly and systematic way the Mexican Navy fed the Migrant Caravan. The Benito Juarez sports complex in Tijuana, Mexico is being used as an emergency shelter to house thousands of Central Americans - the majority from Honduras.
