General election: Geert Wilders at polling station; NETHERLANDS: The Hague: EXT Geert Wilders (Freedom Party leader) arriving at polling station with security guards / Wilders departing building and speaking to press (not heard) Geert Wilders (Freedom Party leader) speaking to press SOT - I think we've put our mark on the elections so far, everybody is talking about the issues, we have had in the last 5 years not so much power but our influence grew almost every day, of course I hope to the biggest or one of the biggest parties, but even if that won't happen we have had an excellent campaign, but hey, it's campaign day, let's hope for the best result / [on Turkey row] it might help, we will see what kind of influence it has, elections are more than just Turkey, it's about the directions of Parliament in the future, will we regain our independence, our national sovereignty, how will we spend our money, who will be in control of our own country, the people or the political elite? those are the questions today / I'm my own person, my own man and I hope to become one of the winners of the elections today - [On his idea of banning the Koran] If you don't like the idea, don't come to Holland / I hope we have less Islam in Holland, I think Islam and freedom are not compatible
