William Walters shows off some of the many dozens of decoy ducks that he uses during duck hunting season on July 16th, 2012. This decoy of a Canvasback duck has the original rope and anchor that came attached to it circa 1930's-40's. William Walters is a duck decoy collector as well as an artisan who creates his own decoys. He has a collection of antique duck decoys, some of them individually valued at thousands.
