This photograph taken on April 14, 2012 shows Mohammad Ali Shah, the Pakistan's sports minister of Sindh province, displaying his collection including a "Penny Black", the first adhesive postage stamp issued by Britain in 1840, during an exhibition in Karachi. A provincial minister in troubled Pakistan said that he wants to promote a softer image of his violence-wracked country -- through his stamp collection.
