The Blackstone Group To Sell Almada Forum, Forum Sintra, Forum Montijo And Sintra Retail Park For Up To 900 Million Euros

According to Portuguese financial newspaper Journal de Negocios citing Bloomberg, The Blackstone Group could sell Almada Forum, Forum Sintra, Forum Montijo and Sintra Retail Park either to French real estate investment trust company Klepierre or to Mauritius based Greenbay Properties Ltd. The commercial centers are valued between 750 and 900 million euros, and this transaction will be the largest in Portugal for the last ten years.
